Policy for Defective or Damaged Products:

Timeframe for Reporting Issues: Please report any issues within 120 days from the delivery date to qualify for a replacement or refund. We cannot accommodate requests beyond this 120-day period.

Eligibility for Returns or Refunds: Our products are tailor-made for you. Returns and full refunds are available under the following circumstances:

  • The product significantly deviates from its description or the preview shown.
  • The product is damaged due to our manufacturing process or during shipping.
  • You received an incorrect product.

Note: Due to lighting or monitor display differences, a variation of up to 20% between product images and the actual product is possible.

For scenarios not mentioned above, a partial refund, excluding shipping costs, may be considered.

Process for Filing a Claim: To start a claim, please email us the following information:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos or videos depicting the defect.
  • For printing errors, include detailed photographs of the error.
  • For sizing issues, include photos with a measuring tape or ruler for scale.
  • If items are missing, provide images of the received item with the detailed shipping label.
  • For a malfunctioning item, a clear video demonstrating the issue is required.

Our support team will assess your claim. Eligible cases will result in a replacement at no additional charge or, if a replacement is unfeasible, a full refund, including shipping costs.

Exceptions to Policy: We will not issue refunds or replacements for customer errors, including:

  • Incorrect size, design, color selection, etc.
  • Incorrect address leading to lost orders.
  • Change of mind.
  • Damage caused by the customer.
  • Failure to review the design or provide personalization details.

Please carefully review your order before finalizing. Refusing delivery or unauthorized returns will not guarantee a refund.

  1. Handling Lost or Missing Orders: If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, please contact us via email. We will investigate and, if the loss is due to our mistake, offer a replacement or full refund. We are not liable for non-delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses or if the package is refused or forwarded by the recipient.

  2. Process for Replacements and Refunds: Given the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns. For non-returnable items, you may choose to donate, keep, or dispose of them as you prefer. Replacement orders will adhere to standard order processing times.

    For approved refunds, we will promptly initiate the refund process. Depending on your bank's processing time, please allow 5-10 days for the refund to appear in your account.
